Are your press‑on nails reusable?
Absolutely! With proper care, you can rock your So GELLY nails up to three times—just soak off gently, clean ‘em up, and you’re ready for round two (or three).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We get it—fleeting feelings happen. Email us ASAP at hello@sogelly.com. If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to pause or swap your order—but once it's in transit, it’s a done deal.
Can I apply multiple promo codes at checkout?
Only the strongest code wins 🏆—you can use one promo code or gift card per order, but you can stack it with free‑shipping thresholds.

Where do you ship, and how long will it take?
We ship from sunny Southern California to the U.S. & worldwide.
– U.S. Standard (free over $35): 3–7 business days
– Expedited (UPS/FedEx): 1–3 days
– International: 10–25 business days, depending on your country—plus don’t forget duties 🧾.

Why isn’t my tracking info updating?
Sometimes carriers take 1–2 days to scan packages. If it’s been longer, hit us up with your order number—we’ll sleuth it out for ya.
What if my package is returned or lost?
If it's returned due to an address issue or goes MIA, we’ll happily reship—for a small fee—or issue store credit. Just email us so we can help ASAP.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and yep—Afterpay for flexible installments.
When does my card get charged?
At checkout! You’ll land on our “Thank You” page and get a confirmation email with your order number. If there’s a charge but no order confirmation, something went sideways—just reach out.
My payment was declined—now what?
No stress. Double-check your card details and billing address. Still stuck? Chat with your bank or hit us up—we’ll try again together.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We’re all about happy hands, but for safety, we only accept unopened, unused nails. Read full return policy >
How do I start a return?
Email hello@sogelly.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send you a return label or info. Once we receive it, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
My items arrived damaged—what now?
That’s not the look we were going for. Snap a pic and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund—your call.
Need to return an international order?
No problem, just email us and we’ll supply a return address. Shipping's on your end, but we’ll handle the rest.
